Return Policy



We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 


Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. DC Shoes is not responsible for non-DC Shoes items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to DC Shoes.


  • All apparel, accessories and snow outerwear are FINAL SALE.  If returned, these items will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Only footwear and snow boots are eligible to be returned if purchased online directly from  
  • Only footwear and snow boots must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Footwear and snow boots must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. 
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 


  • Customers are responsible for any return costs.
  • We suggest obtaining proof of return and retaining it until your refund has been processed.
  • You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved.
  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of arrival at our warehouse.
  • Any FINAL SALE items that are returned will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Once approved, allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Please select a carrier of your choice and send any unwanted items to the following address.  Returns physically dropped off are not accepted to the address below. Returns must be shipped to the address below to qualify for a refund:
